Service Description

Desk phone service within TEDU is powered by Cisco VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP technology offers a variety of advanced features and gives you the freedom to move your phone from one office to another within the same campus network without having to place a support request.

Available To

Faculty, Staff and sponsored affiliates

Requirements

Having a faculty/staff ID or sponsored by a faculty/staff.

Getting Started

Desk phones are provided by TEDU Information Technology Department and installed at faculty/staff location on the first day of work at TEDU. For sponsored installations or assistance please contact help@tedu.edu.tr or create a support request via TEDU Help Desk
