Guest Access

Service Description

A sponsored guest account is required for temporary staff, interns, conference, seminar attendees or daily visitors who need a TEDU electronic identity to use network resources or computers within the university.

Faculty, Staff, Affiliates

Requirements

Guest accounts requesting longer than one day access must be sponsored by TEDU faculty or staff. The sponsor must be accessible via email, and will need to provide his/her electronic address on the request.

The account holder may not use TEDU network or other TEDU services provided in ways that violate TEDU Information Technology Resources Use Policy

Getting Started

For temporary staff, interns, conference or seminar attendees requesting longer than one day access, the sponsor should create a support request for a Guest Account via TEDU Help Desk. Allow up to one day for processing.

For daily visitors, single day access account are provided from Security Desk at the university entrance.
