Service Description

Guest accounts are created for visitors who need temporary access to the TEDU network or university computers. These accounts may be used for temporary staff, interns, conference/seminar participants, and daily visitors.

Faculty, Staff, Affiliates

Requirements

Guest accounts for more than one day must be requested by TEDU academic or administrative staff.

Guest users must comply with TEDU Information Technology Resources Use Policy.

Getting Started

For access longer than one day, the sponsor should submit a Guest Account request through TEDU Help Desk.

For daily visitors, single-day access information is provided by the Security Desk at the university entrance.
