TEDU Help Desk is TEDU’s central online help request system. The application behind TEDU Help Desk enables support teams to track their incoming requests and work.
Status of requests submitted via TEDU Help Desk can be tracked within the applications itself and also updates are sent via e-mail to the requestor.
For urgent queries please dial 111 from any desk phone or 5850111 for mobile or off-campus access.
