Service Description
Information Technology Department helps departments with the purchase of physical hardware and deployment.
The purchasing and deployment service provides;
- Improved reliability and usability of university computing environment
- Assist with hardware and software positioning based on job requirements
- Sustainable maintenance practices
- Ensure operational compatibility with TEDU’s standards and best practices
- Provide a supported set of hardware and software configurations
- Work with relied vendors conforming TEDU commodity and service purchasing procedures

Getting Started
Services are custom tailored to the needs of each project and all work follows industry standards and leading practices, using only relied vendors to ensure quality deployments across the University.
Service request for IT Purchasing & Deployment are created via TEDU Help Desk or mailing help@tedu.edu.tr.
A material request form should also be approved in parallel for conforming TEDU commodity and service purchasing procedures.
