MyTEDU

Service Description

Faculty, staff and students are provided a portal to support all academic and administrative business processes.

Students can register courses, track academic history, course schedule, grades, attendance, and financial status through portal. A quick guide for students to MyTEDU Portal will be reached within WikiTEDia.

Faculty members can approve course registrations, track advisees, class roster and enter course grades through portal. Also can check their payslips, evaluate staff orientation or reach resources/collaborate via Shared Folders, WikiTEDia and Forum provided within MyTEDU Portal. A quick guide for faculty members to MyTEDU Portal will be reached within WikiTEDia.

Requirements

Having a faculty/staff ID or student ID within SAP.

Faculty/Staff ID’s are created in SAP by Human Resources upon hire. Student ID’s are created by Students Affairs upon acceptance to TEDU.

Getting Started

MyTEDU accounts are provided by TEDU Information Technology Department and shared with faculty/staff on the first day of work at TEDU in person. For new students they are provided at the registration desk for University registrations in August.
