Service Description
Powered by agreed GSM vendors, SMS service is provided as;
- Self service SMS sending to students via SAP. Various filtering options can be defined within SAP and user can select a group of students and send SMS for notifications.
- System triggered SMS sending to faculty, staff and students via SAP based on predefined events.

Getting Started
For self service SMS sending via SAP an authorization request has to be submitted via TEDU Help Desk or help@tedu.edu.tr approved by manager.
System triggered SMS notifications are analysed, designed and developed by IT department upon request from business owners.
