Service Description
TEDU Information Technology Department offers a full range of PC repair services to the TEDU community.
Warranty and out-of-warranty hardware repairs on Lenovo, HP, Dell and Samsung branded computers.
Services include:
- Full hardware diagnostics
- Parts ordering and installation
- Memory and hard drive upgrades
Software repair services include:
- Operating system and software installation (based on the terms of TEDU’s license agreements with software vendors)
- Data recovery and disaster assessment
- Network and wireless troubleshooting
- Virus, spyware, and adware removal

Having a faculty/staff ID.
Getting Started
Requests for Computer Repair: Hardware and Software service should be submitted via TEDU Help Desk or help@tedu.edu.tr.
For urgent queries please dial 111 from any desk phone or 5850111 for mobile or off-campus access.
If the problem cannot be quickly resolved or may require ordering new parts, you may need to leave your machine with us for further diagnosis.
